A security delegation from Bangladesh has reached Pakistan to review the security condition in the country for upcoming cricket matches.
Sources said, the delegation will review the security arrangements in Karachi for their U16 and women’s cricket teams. Later, the Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) will brief the team on Saturday.
The national team of Bangladesh is due to arrive in Pakistan to play T20 series and ODIs in Lahore. The matches will take place between 26th October to 4th November. The team will reach on 23rd October.
Sources further added U16 cricket team of Bangladesh will also arrive in the later days of the following month. They will be playing matches in Rawalpindi.
On the other hand, Bangladesh Cricket Board (BCB) was agreed to send their women’s team. However, the board is waiting for a green signal from their government. The government will make final announcement after reviewing the report from currently visiting security team.
