The United States and India are the most affected by the virus in the world. The number of people infected with coronavirus in the United States has risen 11,226,038 with 251,256 deaths.
India ranks second among the countries affected by the coronavirus, with more than 8,814,902 people affected and a total death toll of 129,674. Brazil is the third most affected country by the coronavirus with more than 5,848,959 patients and 165,673 deaths.
France is the fourth most affected country by the coronavirus, with more than 1,954,599 people infected and 44,246 deaths. Russia ranks fifth among countries infected with the coronavirus, with 32,834 deaths and more than 1,903,253 reported cases
Spain’s position remains sixth among countries infected with the coronavirus, with 40,769 deaths and more than 1,492,608 reported cases.
In Peru, more than 934,899 people have been affected and 35,177 have lost their lives. The death toll from coronavirus in South Africa has risen to 20,206 with more than 749,182 people affected.
More than 98,259 people have been affected in Mexico, while the country reported 1,003,253 deaths. Colombia has recorded 33,829 fatalities and 1,191,004 infections. In Chile, nearly 519,977 cases were confirmed, including more than 14,499 deaths.
Italy, which recorded its first coronavirus death at the end of February, has 41,063 fatalities, while 902,490 infections. Saudi Arabia has reported 19,789 deaths and 735,906 cases.
The death toll stands at 37,832 in Iran as the confirmed number of cases is almost 673,250. Germany has reported 11,435 deaths and 658,481 infections.
Turkey reported 411,055 coronavirus cases and 11,418 fatalities. China has to date declared 4,634 deaths and 86,338 cases, with 81,319 recoveries and 385 active cases of the virus.
