KARACHI: The Pakistan Meteorological Department on Sunday predicted cold and dry weather for most parts of the Sindh province during the next 24 hours.
However, dense fog and smog is predicted in Jacobabad, Mohenjodar, Sukkur, Larkana, Dadu, Ghotki, Khiarpur, Kashmore and padidan.
Mainly, cold and dry weather is likely to prevail in the province.
Under these conditions, mainly cold and dry weather is expected in Karachi, Hyderabad and most parts of the province on Sunday evening/night, Monday and Tuesday.
In Karachi, the minimum temperature will likely remain between 09-11 degrees Celsius on Monday and Tuesday.
In Hyderabad, the minimum temperature will likely remain between 08-10 C on Monday and 09-11 C on Tuesday.
Dense fog/smog is likely to persist in Jacobabad, Mohenjo-Daro, Sukkur, Larkana, Dadu, Ghotki, Khairpur, Kashmore and Padidan during morning and night hours.
Meanwhile, cold and dry weather prevailed across Sindh during the last 24 hours.
Mithi remained the coldest place in Sindh where the mercury dropped to 03 C.
Relative humidity in the morning was recorded at 67 per cent.
In Karachi, minimum temperature was recorded at 11 C.
Relative humidity in the morning was recorded at 79 per cent.
In Hyderabad, minimum temperature was recorded at 10 C.
Relative humidity in the morning was recorded at 71 per cent.
Dense fog/smog prevailed in the upper districts of Sindh which disturbed traffic on inter and intra-city roads.
