ISLAMABAD: ISLAMABAD: Army Chief General Qamar Javed Bajwa has arrived in the UK to participate in the passing out parade at the Royal Military Academy.
According to the details, the spokesperson of the Pakistan Army (ISPR) said that Army Chief General Bajwa has reached the UK on an official visit to participate in the passing out parade at the Royal Military Academy.
According to ISPR, during the visit, Army Chief General Bajwa will attend the passing-out parade at the Royal Military Academy. The ISPR said that the Army Chief will also hold meetings with the British military leadership during the visit.
Earlier, Chief of Army Staff General Qamar Javed Bajwa had said that terrorism is a global threat. “This threat is capable of regional instability, a coordinated response is needed to deal with it,” he maintained.
According to the statement issued by the ISPR, the Commander of the Iraqi Navy, Lt. Gen. Ahmed Jasim Ma’arij Abdullah, met with the Commander-in-Chief and discussed matters of mutual interest and regional security.
