KARACHI: Sindh Chief Minister Murad Ali Shah has launched an anti-polio campaign in the province and said that this is the last polio immunization campaign this year.
According to details, the chief minister launched an anti-polio campaign in Sindh by vaccinating children against polio. In this regard, CM Sindh said that 9 million children in 30 districts of Sindh would be vaccinated against polio.
Talking to the media on the occasion, the chief minister said that children would also be given Vitamin-A supplements during the campaign. As per reports, no polio case has been reported in the province since July 2020.

Talking to the media, the chief minister said that no poliovirus has been detected from sewage water since July. One case of polio was reported across the country this year.
CM Murad Ali Shah said that people should cooperate with anti-polio teams coming home. In the September campaign, 98 percent of the target for vaccination of children was achieved.
