Bangladesh Cricket Chief urges Mushfiqur Rahim to tour Pakistan

Mushfiqur Rahim announces retirement from T20 internationals
DHAKA: Bangladesh Cricket Board president Nazmul Hassan urged the Bangladeshi batsman Mushfiqur Rahim to reconsider his decision and tour Pakistan next month.
Talking to journalists today (Tuesday), Nazmul Hassan has said that Bangladeshi batsman has not informed the board about this final decision, adding, “But I hope he will go to Pakistan.”
He said, “Every contracted player should go. Family is important for everybody, but country is more important.”
Nazmul Hassan said that Mushfiqur should take suggestions from his brother-in-law Mahmudullah Riyad, who participated in Bangladesh tour to Pakistan.
Hassan said, “We’ve said we won’t force anyone. But after speaking to all, I think he should go.”
Mushfiqur hit an unbeaten 203 in a test match against Zimbabwe in Dhaka and won the test by an innings.
Bangladesh will travel to Pakistan again on April 3 for one 50-over match and the second Test scheduled to be held in Karachi.
