The Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) has officially announced a 16-member squad for the upcoming three-match T20 International series against Australia.
All-rounder Salman Ali Agha will lead the side, which sees the high-profile return of Babar Azam and Shaheen Shah Afridi.
After missing the recent series against Sri Lanka, superstars Babar Azam and Shaheen Shah Afridi have been reintegrated into the national fold. Shadab Khan also maintains his spot in the lineup, continuing his run since his recent comeback.
The selection committee has placed a strong emphasis on spin for the Lahore tracks, including a diverse slow-bowling unit featuring Abrar Ahmed, Mohammad Nawaz, and Usman Tariq.

Timeline of Events
The Pakistan squad and support staff will assemble in Lahore on January 24, with training sessions commencing the following day.
The Australian contingent is expected to land in Pakistan on January 28. This marks only the second time the Australian side has traveled to Pakistan for a T20 format series.
