ISLAMABAD: Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf chairman’s wife Bushra Bibi has filed a miscellaneous petition against the FIA investigation on the alleged audio leak issue.
Bushra Bibi, through her lawyer Latif Khosa, filed a separate petition in the Islamabad High Court stating that the main case was already pending in this court and the court on September 18 directed the FIA to proceed as per law.

The plea further stated that the main case was now scheduled for hearing on October 30. Despite the pending case, the FIA issued a notice summoning her on September 19.
She pleaded in her petition that if the FIA continued with the proceedings, it would affect the rights of the petitioner. So while the case was pending, the court should suspend the notice of the FIA.
