Another flight attendant from Pakistan International Airlines (PIA) has gone missing in Toronto, Canada.
Mohsin Raza was supposed to report for a flight to Karachi on October 13. The crew member assigned to PK 784 was not present at the hotel before the flight. Raza, who is from Islamabad, was reported missing after failing to report for duty.
The number of PIA flight attendants, including air hostesses, who have allegedly gone missing in Toronto has risen to more than 12 this year. The policy of submitting the passports of air hostesses to airline authorities in Toronto has not stopped this practice.
The flight attendants slip into Toronto to stay there forever and get nationality taking advantage of the soft laws of Canada.
The PIA spokesperson stated that the administration has initiated an investigation regarding the missing crew member. If found guilty, strict disciplinary action will be taken under airline rules, including termination of employment.
