Another missing girl Nimra Kazmi recovered from DG Khan

KARACHI: The 16-year-old girl, Nimra Kazmi – who had gone missing from Karachi’s Saudabad area after Dua Zehra – has been recovered from Dera Ghazi Khan, the police claimed on Monday.

Following her recovery, the teenager issued a statement saying she went to DG Khan from Karachi willingly. The police said that Nimra has tied the nuptial knot with a boy, who is a resident of DG Khan. The marriage certificate of the teenager has been obtained by the police and is being verified.

The 16-year-old girl went missing from his home in the Saudabad S-1 area of Malir town on April 20. The girls’ mother said she went outside her residence at 9:00 am on April 20 and later found Nimra nowhere in the home.

She expressed suspicion that her daughter was abducted by someone. The mother asked the Sindh chief minister, inspector general (IG) and concerned authorities to take effective steps for the immediate recovery of her daughter.

She told police that Nimra was also having a mobile phone but she did not respond to her telephone call despite multiple attempts to contact her.

Earlier in the day, 14-year-old girl, Dua Zehra, who had been kidnapped from outside her house in Karachi’s Al Falah area, has been recovered from Lahore.
