She conveyed this sentiment on Instagram following an apology from Zarnish Khan, who had previously labeled her as “rude.”
Recently, Alizeh Shah responded to Zarnish Khan’s earlier comments, rejecting an apology that was delivered through a private Instagram message after a span of three years.
Alizeh declined to accept the apology, explaining that the remarks had a profound impact on her mother, who once shared a close relationship with Zarnish Khan.
The actress has frequently been in the public eye due to on-set disputes and alleged disagreements with fellow actors. Numerous colleagues have commented on her “problematic behavior,” while others have criticized her bold transformation, including her fashion choices and candid reactions to her detractors.

“I wish people understood the weight of this experience. Despite my efforts to remain resilient, the relentless criticism and constant judgment are painful,” she stated.
She further highlighted that trivial matters are often exaggerated, leading to an unjust perception of her character.
“If only individuals could recognize the hurt their words inflict,” she remarked.
In spite of the negativity, Alizeh expressed gratitude for the steadfast support of her loved ones, acknowledging that their compassion helps her remain strong. Conversely, she conveyed a desire for her critics to encounter more kindness in their lives than they have extended to others.
