Islamabad Police arrested a three-member Afghan dacoit gang, including its ringleader, involved in armed robbery.
According to the police, the arrested suspects were involved in snatching motorcycles and valuable and mobile phones from citizens at gunpoint.
Recoveries were made from the accused in more than 10 cases of Hamak Police Station and Industrial Area Police Station.

The accused include ringleader Ali Asghar Afghani, Haider Ali Khan and Hussain Khan.
Seven motorcycles and valuable mobile phones snatched have been recovered from the arrested gang.
The weapons used in the robberies were also recovered.
