He confirmed his second marriage via a message on his Instagram account. According to sources, his second wife is of Afghan origin and resides abroad.

Rashid Khan married for the second time on August 2, 2025. Prior to this, his first marriage took place in October 2024 with his cousin.
In his message, he confirmed his Nikah (marriage) on August 2, 2025, and spoke about his wife, calling her an example of love and peace and the kind of life partner he had always wished for.
He mentioned that he recently attended a charity event with his wife, after which unnecessary speculation was made by some quarters.
The Afghan cricketer clarified that “The truth is very simple: she is my wife, and we stand together. There is no need to hide anything.” He thanked all those who stood by them with love, support, and understanding.
