The Pakistan Air Force (PAF) has achieved another remarkable feat on the global stage by securing two major honors at the world’s largest and most prestigious military air show — the Royal International Air Tattoo 2025.
This international event was held from July 18 to 20 at the Royal Air Force Base in Fairford, United Kingdom, where air forces from around the world showcased their advanced aircraft and skills.
Pakistan’s historic C-130H Hercules transport aircraft won the Concours d’Elegance Trophy, the show’s highest and most beauty-focused award, due to its unique presentation, creative design, and decoration infused with patriotism.

On the other hand, Pakistan’s advanced fighter jet, the JF-17 Thunder Block III, won the Spirit of the Meet Trophy not only for its stunning appearance but also for its impressive aerial capabilities.
The aircraft completed the complex and technical process of mid-air refueling and arrived in the UK directly, a feat that astonished international experts.
Both aircraft, the C-130 and the JF-17, arrived in the UK via air routes with trained and dedicated flight crews and prominently showcased Pakistan’s technical, technological, and professional excellence during the show.
This international event not only highlights military capabilities but is also organized for charitable purposes through the Royal Air Force Charitable Trust, with participation from armed forces around the globe each year.
This global recognition of the Pakistan Air Force has not only elevated Pakistan’s prestige but also proven that PAF stands shoulder to shoulder with the world’s major air powers in all domains through modern advancements.
