Hindus in India consider ‘Sawan’ to be a holy month. During this period, many Hindus observe fasts and refrain from consuming meat, alcohol, and even onions and garlic.
It is worth noting that during the tenure of current Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi, followers of Hindutva have remained highly active, often involved in desecrating Muslim places of worship and shutting down their businesses in various cities.
